In cooperation with a law firm, Giganum offers comprehensive legal services and extensive advice in the field of transport law and transport law as well as broadly understood civil law, economic law and labor law. The offer is directed, among others to transport companies, drivers, shipping companies and logistics operators.
The scope of services includes in particular:
- reviewing and preparing draft contracts used in transport, including transport orders, forwarding orders, transport contracts, regulations, cooperation contracts;
- consultancy, as well as representation in the investigation and recovery of receivables, lack of or improper performance of contracts, claiming damages;
- representation in employee matters, including those related to working time, lump sum settlement, employee liability for entrusted property;
- consulting in the field of the company’s day-to-day operations, giving opinions and preparing internal company documentation, employment contracts, regulations, obligations, recommendations;
- representation during complaint proceedings;
- client representation before courts, state and local administration bodies and the judiciary;
- giving opinions and representation in liquidation proceedings conducted by insurers, as well as those pending before the court, e.g. in conjunction with:
