We offer you access to drivers of all categories who are currently looking for work through us. They are mainly drivers from Belarus and Ukraine.
Our many years of experience in the job placement industry and fluent knowledge of the Russian language allow us to thoroughly verify the candidate.
How does it look in practice?
You fill in a short information form sent by e-mail. The form contains basic information about the candidate you expect. Then, based on the information sent and a telephone conversation, we present candidates to choose from.
How we are looking for candidates:
- Candidates turn to us themselves;
- We have a base consisting of many drivers;
- We have basic data about drivers: scans of documents, work history;
- After finding the right candidate, we also provide driver support services, such as: assistance in obtaining a work permit; assistance in obtaining code-95; medical examination; psychological examination; assistance in obtaining a Driver’s Certificate at GITD.
When the “ready” driver on our behalf starts working for you, we issue an invoice for the service provided. If the driver resigns within two months or you are dissatisfied with his work, we will offer a new candidate for free, we will refund some funds – it will be an individual matter in each case. We are open to compromises and ready to solve a difficult situation.
